Form I Visit to Amersham Toy Museum
Form I visited Amersham Museum to tie in with their History Topic on old toys. They had a super afternoon led by one of the Museum's curators, Roy Durrant. Mr Durrant captured the imagination of the girls, telling them all about the toys children played with 50 years ago, possibly in the house, where the museum is now. The children spent time looking at examples of old toys in the museum and the highlight of the trip was when the girls were allowed to actually play with some old toys.
